Hundreds of Red Cross volunteers from across the country are assisting with Hurricane Gustav response effort and there is uncertainty as to whether more will be needed for the upcoming threats of Hanna, Josephine and Ike. Become a Red Cross volunteer by registering for the next Orientation should there be a call for additional volunteers in the days ahead.
